Daily rental fee starts from the day of delivery and will be charged until the date of pick up, or the contract is complete.

The Customer agrees to be liable for any claims, lawsuits, and other liabilities resulting from injury to persons or damage to property arising from the use or possession of the equipment provided by the Contractor.
If the invoice is not paid within 30 days, a finance/late charge of 1.5% a month (18% Per Annum) will be applied. Additionally, the Customer shall be held responsible for all Contractor’s attorney fees and collection costs in case of a payment breach or failure. A $25 fee will be issued for any returned checks.
If the initial payment were made by credit card, any additional charges would be directly charged to the card. For those who paid by cash or check, additional charges over 20 days past due will be charged to the credit card used for the deposit.
All equipment provided by the Contractor for use by the Customer but not purchased shall remain the Contractor’s property. The Customer shall not load Roll-Off equipment over 24,000 pounds or height above the equipment sides. Any fees or fines incurred will be billed to the Customer.
The Contractor must have clear access to the appointed equipment to be dumped. The Customer will be responsible for any fees for time lost due to their error. There is a minimum charge of $150.00 for the Contractor to return.
Hazardous or acidic waste materials must not be placed in the equipment. Any items deemed dangerous or difficult to manage by the dumping facilities will be charged back to the Customer at a reasonable rate. Please call for current rates for appliances, batteries, tires, TVs, monitors, box springs and mattresses, propane tanks, and freon products.
